The S explained that “the domestic criminal matters in Romania must be settled first,” before the brothers can be extradited to the U.K. The Romanian court has stated that Tate’s trial can go ahead but a court date has yet to be set. The Tates returned to the country in March with Andrew telling reporters, “innocent men don’t run from anything.”

Spotify made the wise decision to remove one of Andrew Tate’s podcasts from the platform after numerous complaints. The controversial figure’s “classes” taught men how to manipulate and control women, prompting outrage from listeners and even Spotify staff.

Tate’s podcast, titled “Pimping Hoes,” d itself as a “degree course,” although it’s difficult to understand why anyone would waste their time un-ironically listening to anything Andrew Tate has to say. The course was apparently removed from Spotify as it was found to be breaching the company’s policy — it is one of several podcasts to be removed this week, according to an article from The Guardian.

A spokesperson for Spotify specified that “The content in question was removed because it violated our policies, not because of employee discussion.” But if that’s the case you’d think it would have been removed sooner, since the podcast is literally called “Pimping Hoes” and it’s from known misogynist Andrew Tate. The company probably should have stopped this from ever being allowed on the platform in the first place.

Therefore, what started as a 24-hour pre-trial detention in Romania continued to extend. Eventually, the brothers were placed on house arrest, and eventually judicial control. Both Andrew and Tristan Tate have been trying to have the travel restrictions placed on them relaxed for well over a year to no avail, so what finally changed?

BBC reported on Feb. 27, 2025 that the Tate brothers were returning to the U.S. Considering how hard Romanian authorities fought to keep them detained, it’s confusing why they have suddenly been granted the freedom to travel. According to BBC, the brothers left Bucharest on Thursday, but their destination remains unknown. Reports from Romania claimed that the brothers were headed to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but Tate’s lawyer denied this information. 

BBC also reported that Romanian authorities remain on the case, and that the brothers will likely be summoned back to the country by the end of March. However, skepticism has only festered since their apparent release. Moreover, Tate is back to wreaking online havoc every chance he gets. Rumors claim that the Romanian authorities released the brothers due to pressure from the Trump istration, as key figures in it have expressed for them, including V.P, J.D. Vance. 

The Financial Times reported earlier this month that Trump’s istration had put pressure on Romanian authorities to release the brothers. This pressure was in the form of a phone call and then a visit to Romanian Foreign Minister Emil Hurezeanu by Trump’s envoy, Richard Grenell. However, Hurezeanu claims that while he and Grenell did speak on the Tates, the conversation didn’t put any pressure on him. 

The Romanian authorities allowing American politicians to push them to lift the travel ban on such high-profile suspects is highly questionable. Nonetheless, we’ll have to wait to see just where the brothers land and whether they’ll ever return to face the music.

The government is open for business after the holidays, folks, and boy, are things getting spicy! It’s not even February yet and already Jasmine Crockett and Nancy Mace have contemplated throwing hands on the House floor over ⏤ surprise, surprise ⏤ civil rights and liberties. Pete Hegseth, meanwhile, appears to be inching ever closer to a position he’s wildly unqualified for amid rumors of out-of-control drinking. He took the stand this week to defend himself, but the Fox News presenter couldn’t even get through his intro without looking like a fool.

Vice president-elect JD Vance has also been quiet in the lead-up to the inauguration. Mace demanded that she and Crockett “take it outside” after the famously sassy representative criticized her campaign against transgender people. Following massive backlash, Mace quickly tried to backtrack, claiming that she wanted to step outside for a “more constructive conversation” as opposed to a fight (okay, Jan). She’ll have a hard time convincing anyone of that, particularly after multiple witnesses recently refuted her version of another incident. The latter saw Mace cry “assault” over what witnesses say was nothing more than a handshake — which really begs the question of how well this perpetual victim and incessant loudmouth would hold up in an actual brawl.

She’s loud, performative, and more hypocritical than Elon Musk during a conversation about free speech. Now that the election is over, the belligerent blonde is back to attacking everyone she perceives as a Republican In Name Only, a list that now includes anyone who doesn’t immediately kiss the ring.

Heading to her favorite social media cesspool, Greene climbed onto her soapbox to preach unity. “It’s not about any one member of Congress or any particular caucus,” she wrote melodramatically. “It’s about the AMERICAN PEOPLE.” The woman-slash-critter has been nothing but combative during her short time in office, which makes her statement sound emptier than the boxes of bleach under her sink. Of course her next sentiment put everything right in the world, as she clarified that the will of the people is actually the will of Donald Trump.

Republicans have all the cards, but even that isn’t enough. Trump’s team wants all or nothing, and they couldn’t be clearer that it’s their way or the highway — especially for the RINOs who don’t get in line.

Recently, he has been spewing all sorts of verbal diarrhea on his X , including the grand unveiling of his very own political party, the “BRUV” party — sounds so painfully “bro.” I’m not sure if that stands for “Brainless Rogues Undermining Virtue” or “Bigots Rejecting Unbiased Viewpoints,” but either way, it’s a perfect fit for Tate’s particular brand of idiocy. He might be forgetting one tiny detail, though. The British police have issued an arrest warrant for him and his equally slimy brother over the heinous crimes they’re being charged with. 

Regardless — the Tate train, however, seems to have some unlikely engers cheering from the first-class carriage. None other than Donald Trump’s lawyer and counselor, Alina Habba, has been fawning over Tate like a lovesick puppy on a right-wing podcast, equating him with the former U.S. president:

“I think your anger is the same that President Trump has for our country. And the time is now for us to stop being wimps.”

The comparison is hardly flattering, yet in the MAGA corners of the internet, it’s touted as high praise. Meanwhile, Elon Musk, Trump’s proclaimed “First Buddy,” also took to X to endorse a post that suggested Tate’s entry into British politics is just what the doctor ordered. The post Musk agreed with claimed that even if Tate doesn’t become Prime Minister, his involvement will “transform British politics & create an army of men demanding change.” Yikes. The thought of an army of Tate-inspired troglodytes rampaging through the streets of London is enough to make one consider building a rocket ship and launching into the sun.

Trump’s lawyer and Musk seem to see in Tate a reflection of qualities they ire. From the raucous way of speaking to the blatant disregard for facts and decency, Tate is like a mini-me version of the disgraced former president. If Trump can fight off dozens of criminal cases and still have a shot at returning to office, why can’t Tate do the same?

But here’s the thing. The U.K. isn’t the U.S. The British political landscape doesn’t typically reward notorious figures with high office — it barely tolerates them in the tabloids. Furthermore, in the U.K., there’s this little thing called parliamentary democracy, which means that in order to become Prime Minister, you’d need to be the leader of the party that wins a majority of seats in the House of Commons. Then there are ballots to be printed, doors to be knocked on, and yes, actual policies to be formulated – none of which can be accomplished via a Twitter rant. British politics, for all its follies, still requires a modicum of decorum and legality — attributes that Tate has spectacularly failed to demonstrate.

As entertaining as the spectacle may be, it’s just that — a spectacle, unlikely to transcend the boundaries of social media. So, for now, the U.K.’s leadership seems safe from the grip of the internet sensation turned would-be political titan.

He’s stomping all over the toes of American allies and loudly promising to annex everyone within a stone’s throw of the border and even those across the pond. Unsurprisingly, most of the world is already over his absolute nonsense, and average citizens can do little but wonder how a North American conflict will affect the price of eggs.

Meanwhile, Trump is completely reversing on his previous — and current — istration’s goals to oust every immigrant they can in order to keep Elon Musk happy. Trump is more than happy to listen to Musk’s demands for more foreign workers, because apparently, the only good immigrant is one willing to do a $200,000 tech job for $40k.

We should know better than to think his army of loyal followers would possibly see this as a betrayal of the “build that wall” diatribe. Instead, their adoration seems to have exploded to Gilead levels of zealotry. Jesse Watters is actively licking Trump’s boots, claiming that everyone in the rest of the world should be grateful to have their rights stomped on and completely negating Republicans’ obsession with the “don’t tread on me” Gadsden flag. The soon-to-be felon-in-chief must never want for toilet paper, as Marjorie Taylor Greene has ed in on the butt-kissing, declaring that Kamala Harris must have been involved with election fraud. You know, in the election she lost. What a month to stop drinking.

Trump has yet to step foot in the Oval Office, but 47 is already lighting international relationship fires across the globe. It’s one thing to play strongman when it comes to American enemies, but the geriatric president is slinging mud at some of our closest allies — and more than one is already over his inane bullying.

Trump’s baseless threats started with Mexico after the former reality TV host claimed that the United States should annex the sovereign nation. Mexican president Claudia Sheinbaum quickly slapped the idea down, diplomatically telling the incoming president where he could shove his dumb ideas. It did little to stop the Orange Menace, however, and he petulantly demanded that the Gulf of Mexico be renamed the “Gulf of America” despite the U.S. owning less than half of the body of water.

Determined to stir the pot, he turned his attention to our neighbor to the north, claiming that he would annex Canada and make it the 51st state. His petty remarks only intensified with news of Justin Trudeau’s resignation and his ceaseless jabs have prompted Canadians across the internet to grapple with the idea that they might have to defend themselves from a potential American invasion. Whether he means to take both Canada and Mexico by force has yet to be seen, but those 3am tweets read more like the insane ramblings of a dementia-riddled man than actual policy-making. Make no mistake, however: starting a war on both the Northern and Southern borders would likely end very badly for Americans.

If threatening the nations currently resting on our borders wasn’t enough, Trump has also aimed his bombastic ramblings at Panama. He bizarrely believes that the Panamanian government is somehow shadow-controlled by the Chinese and has decided the construction should belong to the U.S. His threats have ignited a back-and-forth with Panamanian president José Raúl Mulino, who said in no uncertain that the Canal belongs to Panama and that America is in no way being stiffed on shipping prices.

Daddy Trump isn’t the only one making baseless threats across the globe, as Donald Trump Jr. recently popped off with some exhausting, cocaine-fueled nonsense himself. While visiting Greenland, a territory of Denmark, the eldest Trump declared that it should belong to America for “security reasons,” leaving Danes scratching their heads at the unwarranted threat.

The Trumps don’t seem to grasp that many of the sovereign territories they intend to grab have better health care systems, infrastructure, or are directly responsible for helping America maintain border security (just ask Ukraine how living next to a belligerent bully is going), but their threats have nothing to do with running a country. Instead, Trump and his followers are determined to spin the excessive instigation as “trolling” or “negotiating,” but level-headed Americans can only wring their hands and hope that the bombastic nonsense comes to an end before we’re forced to choose between our country or actual sanity.

No one expects a single coherent thought to spark life into the empty void that is Fox News host Jesse Watters’ brain, but sometimes he still manages to impress with his incredible grasp of the absurd. His latest Olympic-level idiocy saw the brainless insult to journalism claim offense, and all because Canada isn’t interested in being conquered by the United States.

Putting aside the fact that pretty much no one, anywhere, has ever been grateful for a hostile takeover, Watters had the gall to falsely proclaim that it is actually a “privilege” to be taken over by the U.S., adding, “That’s what everybody else in the world wants — American citizenship.” That couldn’t be farther from the truth, particularly in the wake of Trump’s election, but Watters isn’t interested in silly little things like facts. He’s too busy being “personally offended” that Canada isn’t chomping at the bit to become America’s 51st state, as if anyone out there wants to the country that claims Jesse Watters as one of its own.

We have some disappointing news for all of those alpha males out there pushing through that grind. It looks like their favorite child trafficker-turned-internet-guru is off his meds again, because he’s been posting all sorts of nonsense on his X , not least of which was launching the “BRUV” political party and claiming an interest to run for Prime Minister in the U.K., even though the British police would probably arrest him if he set foot on the Isles.

Of all the questionable people who comprise the so-called intellectual dark web, Andrew Tate is probably the only persona non grata. I mean, who would’ve thought that you actually need to possess basic intellectual faculties to endlessly spout nonsense on social media? Not to gatekeep a group whose only ticket to fame was through the hives of scum and villainy we call X and YouTube, but when I hear nonsense from pseudo-intellectuals like Jordan Peterson and Ben Shapiro, at least it’s a kind of nonsense I can respond to. When it comes to Tate and his reality-distorting projections, all you can do is shake your head in utter disbelief.

Take his recent tirade about the U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, for instance. Despite the country issuing an arrest warrant for Andrew and his brother over the disturbing crimes they’re being charged with, and the possibility of Romanian authorities extraditing the pair to Britain in the near future, Andrew is putting himself forward as a potential candidate for Prime Minister of the U.K., the only catch being that he can’t even spell “Britain” right.

When Andrew Tate begins a tweet with “ultra serious” at the top, you know you should already stop paying any attention to it.

The U.K. doesn’t quite work like the United States, Andrew, where a convict like Donald Trump can become president not once but twice.

But of course, that just gave Tate the brilliant idea of founding his own political party.

I’m trying my best not to take Tate seriously, but then, I that President-elect Donald Trump, now one of the most powerful people on the planet with the weight of the Oval Office behind his every word and action, basically started out like this: A reality star turned politician. Because the truth is, we humans, despite millennia of cognition and philosophy and democracy and art and culture and civilization, apparently can’t do any better than a bunch of buffoons who only tell people what they want to hear.

Whether you’d like to it it or not, this is the state of our politics, folks. The rich and the powerful pulling the strings from behind the curtains, while dimwits like Tate pretend as if the whole thing is a game that can be rigged to their benefit. People who, in a world that still held on to a shred of its sanity, would never be allowed anywhere near the cogs that turn the wheels.

Andrew Tate?

It’s been awhile since the notorious misogynist was all that relevant, but just a few years back, he was enjoying the height of his fame. Tate, a staple of the so-called “manosphere” community, first found fame via his kickboxing career, but he soon leveraged that into a spot at the head of the incel movement. Now dubbed the “king of toxic masculinity,” Tate has largely left his period of popularity in the past, particularly as he faces a mounting lineup of legal woes.

It started in 2015, when Tate was first arrested on suspicion of rape. He was accused by several women, nearly a decade back, but the investigation into his alleged crimes never yielded any charges. That seems to have emboldened the 38-year-old, because he soon ramped up his illegal activity.

Now Tate is facing down consequences years in the making. His assets, along with those of his brother, Tristan Tate, were seized by authorities, and they’ve been embroiled in a protracted legal case ever since. The brothers currently face charges of “human trafficking in continued form,” a massively serious charge that was prompted by the discovery of several women claiming to have been held against their will.

The Tates are finally facing up to some of their widely-circulated crimes, it seems, despite the continued legal rigamarole surrounding the sex trafficking case. In mid-December, Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring granted police the authority to seize upwards of £2 million (more than $2.5 million) held in frozen bank s, following years of tax evasion.

Tate continues to deny all wrongdoing, and has maintained his arrogant and belittling demeanor even through his time behind bars. He called the magistrate’s ruling a “coordinated attack,” and slammed the legal system for its investigations into his wrongdoing.

“First, they labelled me a human trafficker, yet they couldn’t find a single woman to stand against me. When that narrative crumbled, they turned to outright theft, freezing my s for more than two years and now seizing everything they could.

“This is not justice; it’s a coordinated attack on anyone who dares to challenge the system,” he said. “Speak against the Matrix and they’ll come for your freedom, your reputation and your livelihood. This raises serious questions about the lengths authorities will go to silence dissent.”

Meanwhile, the court and police are standing by the decision, noting that “both individuals are alleged to have concealed the origins of their income by channelling money through ‘front’ s, constituting criminal activity and rendering those earnings proceeds of crime.“

Up until the investigation froze their s and rendered them incapable of continuing their various businesses, it seems the Tate approach to taxes was sheer dismissal. For years, while living in England, Tate refused to pay his taxes — even itting as much on social media — and the court claims his approach was, for years, “ignore, ignore, ignore because in the end they go away.”

Tate and his brother failed to pay a single penny in taxes on their more than  £21 million in revenue, and they’re now facing the music for their arrogance. Legal minds from across their numerous cases slammed the brothers for engaging in a “straightforward cheat of the revenue,” and offered little pity for the outraged influencers.
