It’s fair to say John Cusack doesn’t hold back on social media. Throughout his life, he’s been a vocal anti-war campaigner, heavily criticizing each istration for warmongering. Naturally, this means he’s one of the loudest voices against Israel’s ongoing genocide in Palestine, wasting no opportunity to hold the perpetrators and ers to for their role in these crimes against humanity.
But this time? He’s really mad. Piers Morgan (who’s recently reversed position on Israel and become far more critical) hosted British lawyer Natasha Hausdorff on his show. To Morgan’s disbelief, Hausdorff dismissed the idea that Israel is doing anything wrong, argued the mountains of evidence that say otherwise are Hamas forgeries, and rolled her eyes at the fact that nine innocent children in a single family were recently incinerated by IDF bombs.
We can’t put it better than Cusack does, so take it away John!
This f**king disgusting pathetic propagandist genocidal shill – says a family killed is AI – and the real question is “why are the Palestinians still there”- when the bombs drop . Where are they supposed to go ? This murderous heartless soulless freak – this s**t eating ghoul – It’s an open air prison reduced to rubble – people being burned alive in tents Starved slaughtered on a daily basis . She and all the other criminal enablers will burn in hell.”

Replies are firmly in line with Cusack, arguing that Hausdorff needs to be disbarred as she’s “advocating for crimes against humanity & war crimes”, that they “wish more people in Hollywood had your courage”, and “Bravo John Cusack for standing up and saying this.”
The tide is turning
There’s recently been something of a vibe shift in media coverage of Israel. Even staunchly pro-Israel outlets are now finding it difficult to excuse the withdrawal of aid from innocent Palestinians, the resulting artificial famine, and then the IDF opening fire on people queuing up for whatever meagre aid they’re allowing in.
Public opinion of Israel is already at a record low, with 43% of Americans sympathetic now towards them, down from a high of around 65%. Meanwhile public sympathy for Palestinians is skyrocketing, up from a low of 10% to 33%. Maybe someday soon there’ll be a majority of Americans expressing for Palestinians, though that’s assuming there’ll be any Palestinians left alive to feel sympathy for.
